Grand Tuhon Leo T. Gaje, Jr.

• Supreme Grand Master of Pekiti Tirsia Kali System

​Grand Tuhon Leo T. Gaje Jr. brought his family's fighting system to worldwide fame when he migrated to the United States in the 70's and started his first classes in the streets behind his apartment building in New York. His grandfather, Conrado B. Tortal, trained him from a very young age, the hundreds year old family system that their family developed and guarded since pre-Spanish times. He has toured all over the US to teach Pekiti Tirsia Kali to civilians, law enforcement personnel, and the military, and was the first to introduce full contact stick fighting in the United States.

The Justice System Training Association and the U.S. Police Defensive Tactics Association appointed him National Training Director because of his expertise in edged weapons and knife defence strategies. He created programs for law enforcement to efficiently incapacitate suspects while minimizing injuries and potential civil liability, and served as Technical Adviser in the highly acclaimed police training video, "Surviving Edged Weapons."

Grand Tuhon Gaje is still very active in the PTK community, conducting seminars around the world and promoting Pekiti Tirsia Kali's effectiveness as a combat fighting system.

Tuhon Rommel Tortal

• Chairman of Pekiti Tirsia Kali World Federation 
• Chief CQC - Edged and Impact Weapons instructor for the Armed Forces of the Philippines and Philippine National Police

Tuhon Rommel Tortal is a direct descendant of Conrado B. Tortal and is the nephew of Grand Tuhon Leo T. Gaje Jr., whose family the Pekiti Tirsia Kali fighting system originated from. As Grand Tuhon Gaje was taught by his grandfather as a boy, so too was Tuhon Mel trained in his family`s martial art beginning at a young age by his uncle. Today, he is the head of the Pekiti Tirsia Kali Global Alliance and Chairman of the Pekiti Tirsia Kali Asia Pacific Confederation.

Tuhon Mel promotes PTK through seminars and training workshops around the worldand oversees it's development both locally and internationally. He is also one of the most highly requested close quarters combat - edged and impact weapons tactical instructor for different military and law enforcement units around the world.

Tuhon Jared Wihongi

• Chairman of the Pekiti Tirsia Tactical Association

Tuhon Jared Wihongi is a full-time International Tactical Combatives (Hand-to-Hand Combat), Firearms and Martial Arts Instructor/Consultant. He is most known internationally as a Pekiti-Tirsia Kali Instructor, and his specialization extends to the complete tactical application and integration of empty-hand, edged/impact weapons and firearms skills in extreme close-quarters. His vast experience operating in the Real World as a SWAT Operator, Police Firearms/Defensive Tactics Instructor and street Patrol Officer has heavily influenced his approach to teaching, training and applying Pekiti-Tirsia.​

Tuhon Kit Acenas

• Executive Director of the Pekiti Tirsia Tactical Association, Director & Chief Instructor  of Kali Mundo

Tuhon Kit Acenas began his training in 2006 under the direction of Tuhon Rommel Tortal in the Pekiti Tirsia Kali Manila club. He was the founder and head instructor of PTK Japan and the chief instructor of PTK Makati-Salcedo and now works continuously to develop kali in Europe and Asia through his expansive project, Kali Mundo.
